EIGHT
GARMENTS.
The studio.
Eight Studios began in 2021 as a group chat between a tailor in Lisbon, a denim pattern-cutter in Osaka and a knit technician in Biella. We agreed on one thing: modern fashion makes too much, too fast, and nobody keeps any of it.
So we started a label that releases eight garments at a time. Each one produced in a single run of roughly 200 units. When it sells out, it's gone. We cut the next thing.
Our materials are heavyweight, undyed where possible, and chosen for how they will look in five years rather than how they photograph today. Our suppliers are the same eight workshops we started with.

Small runs
Roughly 200 units of each garment. When the run ends, the pattern is retired.
/ 02
Honest materials
Heavyweight wool, raw denim, undyed cotton — chosen to age, not to last one season.
/ 03
Eight workshops
We work with the same eight ateliers across Italy, Portugal and Japan. No middlemen.
Build less. Build better.
